Service was very good if the "fix" holds. Biggest complaint about the dealer is there is almost ever no new cars to view and drive. Color, models, etc. Other dealers along the street have many new cars to view and drive. But not Darrow Toyota. That's it.

I have mixed reviews about this place.
I have mixed reviews about this place.I've had good and bad experiences. Biggest issue I see is the lack of professionalism in the oil change area by the young employees. It seems as there's no supervision, guiding them on how to act professional in front of customers. I've expressed this to other employees supposedly those over those individualsa couple of times but not seen any changes in the multiple times i've been there. Roughhousing and playing on their phones.It doesn't make me want them working on my car. As well as climbing into my car, all greasy with nothing to protect my seats.

I want to say how disappointed I was in the process of
I want to say how disappointed I was in the process of getting my car from you. I did call and left a voicemail asking the manager to call me to talk to him about my experience. I want to start with the fact the we have not purchased a new vehicle for well over 10 years. It is quite obvious that in that time things have changed a lot. We had found the car online and set up an appointment with heather to look at the vehicle. The price as well as car information was all online. We got to the dealership, test drove the vehicle and decide to purchase the car.There were no stickers with the purchase price on the car so I assumed it was the price that i saw online that morning was the cost of the car. I was under the impression that the price online what the price I would be paying. When Heather showed me the balance due it didn’t seem that what was online and the total she gave me was correct. When I questioned she told me the cost of the car was $21, 973. When I was looking at the car the cost was $21,793 ( I believe that’s what is was). When I questioned her she said that the cost was $21973. I showed her what I had on my phone and she told me that the price went up since the car had been detailed. Again, it has been a long time since I purchased a car but I can’t believe that is how you do business. To add to my frustration I confirmed that there were 2 key fobs and she just looked at me and said no. Only one. It is going to cost me $250.00 to get a second one. I know that at anytime we could have ended the transaction, and am upset that I didn’t make someone explain to me how you can just randomly change the price of your used vehicles. Heather wasn’t rude, but it seemed that she didn’t care one way or another. She acted offended when I showed her the price was different that I had online than she had I’m not sure if this is how your dealership is. run, but I was very disappointed in the entire process. I will tell you that I don’t believe I would come back your dealership.

We enjoyed working with Nevin. Good follow up leading up to our visit. Friendly and knowledgeable. I hated the surface protection warranty hard sell. Started at $2,300 and then offered it for $1,200. Felt like a scam. We were treated poorly after rejecting the warranty. The truck was very dirty and out of gas when we left. I’m happy with the truck so far but would never come back based on trying to take advantage of people with coating protection warranty.

I did not receive the car that I ordered.
I did not receive the car that I ordered. I was supposed to get black interior the car came with 2 tone gray. Our Salesman Abdel told me it doesn’t come in black anymore. That was a lie so he could sell the car. Silly me believed him what a mistake. In helping me set it up the electronic system he screwed everything up and I have been back twice. Will be the last time I deal with Russ Darrow.
