They honored a coupon that expired in late February for my oil change that saved me a lot of money. They also completed recall work and everything was completed in a timely manner. I was sent a short video as they worked on my vehicle.
Paid off my truck early but Toyota financial services still took out my automatic payment even though it was supposed to be canceled. I couldn't talk to a real human trying to call Toyota financial services to get a refund so I called the dealership and the general manager conference called me with a human being at Toyota financial services and we got it all straightened out within a few minutes, after a very very very very severely frustrating time trying to deal with the AI at Toyota financial services. Ease in making my appointment with 'Nick' on a Friday and I was serviced by Kimberly on Monday and all went well including a detailed video update on my vehicle's work by the technician handling things. Can't say say enough good things about Russ Darrow Toyota of West Bend.

My Dodge Ram was detailed at the Toyota dealership. They did a great job. This was because Jordan Seagren went above and beyond to correct a previous issue at the Dodge dealership across the road. Jordan is a rockstar!

I always get my emissions tested here. Usually less than 5 minutes but it's 1st come 1st served for emissions test so it could be longer than 5 minutes.
Went to get an alignment for a leveling kit I installed and Nick was very courteous and made sure their technician was up to speed. They contacted me a couple times to ensure their alignment was within my preference which I appreciated. They also had quick service.
Our salesman Neven was great, professional And not pushy at all. There was not much back and forth negotiation which I appreciated. Janessa was also great, quick, to the point, and not pushy at all when closing the sale.
Abdel was fantastic to work with. He listened to all my questions and answered them clearly and concisely. He took the time to walk me through every single item on my checklist and provided all the information I needed. To top it off, I got a great price on the car and couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Service was very good if the "fix" holds. Biggest complaint about the dealer is there is almost ever no new cars to view and drive. Color, models, etc. Other dealers along the street have many new cars to view and drive. But not Darrow Toyota. That's it.
On time and efficient service. I drive 250 mile per day for my commute to and from work. I want to make sure my vehicle is in good condition to make my commute reliable and worry free. I have been happy with the service I receive from the customer care team along with the technician who works and looks over my vehicle for any recommended services.

I've had nothing but good experiences.
They did a great job for routine service and kept me informed as to the status of the work and when to expect completion of the work. I very much appreciated being able to use the shuttle service. Tina was great-friendly, a very safe driver.
It was kind of an emergency and they got me right in. They got the parts quickly and had it done the next day. The bill even came back less than quoted as it wasn't cheap. Now I want to know why both struts broke on a car with less than 90,000 miles.
Jeremiah was quite helpful and friendly. He was able to have a loaner van for me when he said he would.
Great salesman ship , great experience, kept me informed every step of the way and made sure the work was done quickly and correctly , completely transparent

My appointment was for 9:30 am for a tire rotation. I told the person who checked me in that I had another appointment at 10:30. They didn’t even take my car in until 10:30!! They apologized saying they were very busy. It seems like they overbooked…very disrespectful to their customers time. I missed my other appointment.
I have had service at this facility for oil changes and tire rotations. They are always fast and efficient, and the work is always great. The service staff are always friendly, and I will be back.
Abdel Montoya-Ardon was knowledgeable and provided a no pressure experience which I greatly appreciated. Mark Bechler never met me. I was offered an extended warranty package a few too many times.
They had problems getting parts so they gave us a free loaner which they didn't have to do

This dealership is always able to schedule me in within a couple days for routine maintenance. My only complaint is with the electronic option to book an appt. I tried doing it on line and ended up having to call because I booked two appts and only needed one. The person I spoke with took care of canceling the one. The next three days I kept receiving text reminders confirming both spots. Until I arrived, I wasn’t sure it was corrected.
