The dealer did not fix the issues on my brand new camry. They basically told me that all new camrys have squiling noise in the driver seat and crancking noises coming from the rear end of my car which is not true.

I did not receive the car that I ordered. I was supposed to get black interior the car came with 2 tone gray. Our Salesman Abdel told me it doesn’t come in black anymore. That was a lie so he could sell the car. Silly me believed him what a mistake. In helping me set it up the electronic system he screwed everything up and I have been back twice. Will be the last time I deal with Russ Darrow.

Bought my car 4 months ago, even bought the warranty your people offered me. My screen on a 2019 Subaru legacy is delaminating rendering it partially operational, conveniently it’s not covered by warranty but they can fix it for $2,000 out of pocket plus labor. I’ve had better customer service buying vehicles on Facebook marketplace. Thanks

I was at Heiser Toyota before moving to this area, and Russ Darrow is closest to me. The service rep I worked with was very brash and made me feel stupid for explaining what I was told was wrong with my car. I think he could tell he was upsetting me because he warmed up by the end of the conversation, but if Heiser was closer I would continue using them as I’ve had nothing but friendly experiences there.
