Don't ever buy vehicle from this dealership they are horrible. We had 1 small problem with our new vehicle that had to get fixed they screwed it up and it turned into 4 problems.

They replaced my windowshield and recollaberated the necessary functions. Although I hadn't scheduled my oil change or tire rotation they were able to take care of so I wouldn't have to come back. All were very friendly. They also offered a ride to my home and back to the dealership since this would take most of the day.

A good friend recommended Dan Domast to me when I told her I was looking for a used car. These three stars go to Heather, the sales lady that was willing to work with me on finding the right vehicle in my price range. The two stars that I didn't give them was for their inventory that all three Darrows had. One was dirty and had a very strong cigarette stench, while another was like they didn't bother to clean it up or check it out after someone traded it in. YET, they were still posted online for sale. I went elsewhere.

Prompt,friendly,courteous, helpful, took time to hook phone up,had paperwork in order.made sure I was satisfied.

They have taken care of me and my family for years. Didn’t matter if I was an employee or now on the customer side, everything is always handled and done to a high standard. Parts, back shop, service and in sales all operate in a manner most other businesses should. We are all ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen…that should be an industry standard.

Online scheduling is unreliable. Scheduled for a day and time and received a text confirmation. Called the next day to ask to change the time and there was no record of my appt i made online. Later, i received another text reminder for the non-existent appt..

They handled the recall on my car promptly and efficiently. I used the taxi service and the gentleman was courteous.

They are very friendly and accommodating. We were done with our shopping about 40 minutes before appointment time. We were willing to wait but they said no come on in…with that said we were done about 15 minutes from scheduled time. Bring from out of town, appreciated the hospitality.

I was only there 2 times, but had more phone calls. Was apologized to numerous times for their "poor internet." Seems a business should make answering questions more expedient by upgrading their internet. I did not feel Neven listened or communicated well.

Jeremiah was great! I don't know who Ryan was so hard to rate him personally. If he is the service tech tires were good but they loosened/broke my rocker panel

Just went in for a simple tire rotation / oil change. The crew seemed to be quick and efficient and the adviser had all the information I needed.

Polite and friendly service. Nail in tire found. They should have found it last time I was in for a rotation at 5,000 miles. I told them the pressure was low then and called after I got home. I was told to add air.

They failed to find the problem. There was no charge, so that is fair. But when I took the car back, the problem showed up again the next day when I was driving. Considering, the problem is a brake system failure, it is difficult to give a positive review.

You charged me 25 dollars labor for air filter change when it takes 20 seconds to change the filter. What do you charge per hour for labor 5,000 dollars. If I would of known that I would just by the filter myself and change. Is it not enough that I’m buying the overpriced filter from you? This will be the last time I come by you for service

Toyota care service was done quickly. They even sent a video of them doing the inspection. Was disappointed that the 6 oil changes we purchased in Dec 2024 when buying a new vehicle still do not show up in our account. I was told it takes awhile

When we were driving home (about 100 miles) after taking delivery of our 2025 Prius we discovered the vinyl case that the owner's manuals should come in was missing. All the manuals were loose in the glove box. I contacted Heather Gagliano in sales and the parts department, asking for a replacement vinyl case. It's now been about three weeks and I haven't heard anything about getting a vinyl case for my owner manuals.

How come a 20 second recall takes one hour? It's a recall for a new hitch cover that comes off in 3 seconds. It takes one hour to put the new one on

Rob Martin was tremendous. He listened to the issue I had with my 2025 4Runner and took care of it the same day. The dealership took the vehicle in without an appointment because of the issue and resolved it to my satisfaction.
