Been dealing with them for about 13 years or so and only had 1 incident. Otherwise I have had no issues withe them from sales to service. They listen to me if I should have an issue.
It was fine. Car was in for new tires. Would've been nice, however, to let us know of proposed $3,000 - $4,000 fix of struts and other minor issues before new tires were being mounted on a 130,000 mi. car so we could've considered the whole bill and decided whether or not to look for a replacement car before going through with a $1,100 tire replacement. It'll be ok, though, since we now have new, safe tires for the winter. It's just that we might've thought about spending all that money on a newer car instead of sinking it ... We purchased a 2023 Highlander back in 2023 from Matt and recently purchased a 2019 for our son. Matt is very energetic and makes car buying at least more bearable. His follow through and communication is spot on. Our family hopes to continue purchasing vehicles from Matt in the future.

Will recommend car buyers to Russ Darrow Toyota if you are in the market for a car. We are so glad we decided to drive an hour and 50 minutes to talk to Heather. No pressure sales.. Heather was great.. answered all of our questions politely. We had many questions. She gave us a good price for our trade in. Highlander we bought was priced right. Last car buying experience (not here) was very stressful.. and she sensed that so she was very accommodating. Other employees were also very helpful and again.. no pressure.. I went to Russ Darrow Toyota after unsuccessful attempts at two other Toyota dealerships to get a good deal on trading in my 2023 Toyota 4runner and getting a 2026 Tacoma Trailhunter. Completed items as requested/per recall. I have 1 open issue with the front air foil that i elected not to spend analysis fee.
Very pleasant. Greeted nicely immediately on arrival. Processed as a new customer. Took my truck in 15 minutes early of my appointment. Sent me on my way in 45 minutes! That’s a first for me! Every was a pleasure to work with.

Had an amazing experience with Klinton stoffel today, was amazing at helping with everything.
Went in for regular maintenance on my vehicle. Staff was very friendly and the work was done as described.
The service counter was on top of things and let me know when service was done.
Scheduling easy, everyone very helpful Gave them a time we needed the car back. They made it happen
Very poor customer service got my car back after 2 months with 5 miles until empty when I dropped it with a full tank. Tire sensor out and they didn't even know. Had to leave it an extra day. Trunk still has issues that were said to be fixed but I will not be back I will take it to somewhere else.
I was 10 minutes late, he was super nice & went through what the appointment was for - I asked if I could also get wiper blades. He said no problem & gave me the cost breakdown of everything. The gentleman who was going to be doing the recall was there & explained the process and how long it would take. Everything was done a half hour earlier & was perfect. The only better would have been if they vacumned out my car - lol
Everything went as expected until I was walking out through the service lane/oil change bay. One of the oil change techs seemed to be frustrated about something and was hollering at another tech across the bay dropping the "F bomb" several times. This is a public place and extremely inappropriate.
They appropriately addressed the issue that I didn’t feel should be happening so soon after my recent service.
This is one of the best services that I have had in a long time Russ Darrow Toyota was patient informative reasonable in price and went above and beyond their service to me i truly appreciate it and I definitely will be going back.Thank you.

I enjoyed working with Clinton and Cole. Very straightforward. What they gave me for my current vehicle and the price that I paid for the new one was clearly spelled out.
Rob gave me an estimate for the job and the work was finished in timely fashion.
Brought car in for a simple oil change. Told me I needed a $4000. repair. Took it somewhere else to confirm. Told me it was a messy oil change and that the rear main seal was not leaking. Had to pay $68 to have the mess cleaned up.

Matt was PHENOMENAL! From the moment I walked in, he was kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. Not pushy at all. We ran into some hurdles with my new vehicle but he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from start to finish. I always dreaded going to car dealerships but now I have finally found one that the staff are very helpful and not pushy salespeople.
