Went to the dealership looking for a new vehicle and
Went to the dealership looking for a new vehicle and wanted to trade mine in. They didn't have anything I liked. Decided to purchase a new vehicle. Ordered one in, and said my preferred color choice was white, but they asked for secondary colors. Car came in sooner than expected. Which was great. It came in my second color choice which no one told me, but what had me worried is the dealer thought that's what my top choice was? Okay fine, at least it wasn't green and it still looks great! Then the dealer forgot I was going to trade in my vehicle. They quickly looked it over though and gave me a good price. Then while filling out paperwork - when I said I didn't want one of the extra warranty plans, it almost seemed like the person I was dealing with laughed at me?. Then I was rushed out as the other person I was dealing with was busy trying to sell another car. They did take the time to help me connect my phone but not much else was said. Overall it was a quick process, even with the "surprise" that I was trading in my vehicle, and somewhat helpful. I'm not happy with the service but not really surprised or upset by it.

May be great if you are using their financing, however when I shared i was using my credit union the car suddenly was "sold". This occurred after a sales rep had contacted me 45 minutes earlier to set up a time for purchase. Everything was great until they couldn't make money off of my financing. To be sure it wasn't an oversight as they claimed I had a friend inquire about the car about an hour after being told it was sold. He was in fact contacted by someone from the dealer and told it was available. I repeatedly texted the salesperson with my concern and was ignored until offering to share my concerns in person. Mind you I had been in contact with them all week regarding the vehicle after driving on Saturday and arranged to complete the purchase on Friday once my previous car was sold. I will certainly never be back and will share my experience with as many people as i can

Ryan was a joy to work with; he was understanding, transparent, and low pressure. These qualities were crucial for me in making a decision as a first time buyer. I felt Ryan was absolutely on my side, and I trusted he was guiding me in a genuine manner. Initially, I wasn't sure about vehicle, but I returned because of him. Danae and Heather were also great to work with. Danae guided me to Heather, who took me on my initial test drive. She was clear, genuine, and time efficient! She gave me all the information I needed and really sparked my interest in the vehicle. Patrick was a manager who we consulted with a few questions. He was very helpful and understanding as well, and I truly enjoyed working with him. Pricing was fair. In terms of choosing a warranty, it felt very pressured.

Repair on Camry
Was happy with my initial interaction with Coty on Friday, October 12th. After explaining the repair work required, Coty said he would be able to give me $150 off the repair on my vehicle but neglected to write it down on my paperwork. When I picked up my vehicle on Monday, October 15th, Coty was not working. Seth said there was nothing written so he could not honor the verbal $150 discount Coty said he could give me. Thankfully, I had printed out a $100 coupon online. Seth was just not as helpful as Coty had been to me. Abigail Lundberg was helpful and courteous with the processing and return of my car rental.
